TLBU_HomeAfter 50 episodes, several public events, dozens of data maps, lots of listener feedback, videos, illustrations, and more, “The Lines Between Us” has come to an end.

We wrapped on September 26, 2013, with a wonderful community event. Several guests, including award-winning ProPublica civil rights reporter Nikole Hannah-Jones, joined WYPR’s Sheilah Kast and Tom Hall to explore what tools local, state, and federal government agencies have to dismantle structural inequality.

The event was recorded and broadcast as the final “Lines Between Us” episode on October 4, 2013.

The series received a “Best of Baltimore” award from City Paper and a “people’s choice” award at Baltimore Innovation Week.
